Rising Rampage is a Booster Pack in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG). It is the ninth set in the OCG's 10th series, following Dark Neostorm and followed by Chaos Impact.

• Includes cards used by Yusaku Fujiki, Theodore Hamilton, George Gore, Varis, Skye Zaizen and Ren
• Includes members/support for the "B.E.S.", "Borrel", "Dinowrestler", "Fortune Lady", "Reptilianne", "Charmer", "Salamangreat", "Witchcrafter", "World Legacy", and "Yosenju" archetypes, as well as the "Link" series.
• Introduces the first support for the "Simorgh" archetype.
• Introduces the "Marincess" and "Tenyi" archetypes to the OCG/TCG.
  • The TCG version includes members and/or support for the "Dragunity", "F.A.", "White"and "Number" archetypes.
  • The TCG version also introduces the "Dream Mirror" archetype.
